"a channel around here was marathoning all the twilight movies and my mom, who will watch anything under the sun even if she doesn't like/understand it, was watching. half way through the first movie, she looks at me and says: "what is this twalet?" with a look of horror/disgust on her face. the arabic word some people use for toilet or bathroom is "twalet." so, by mangling the world, my mom essentially called twilight, toilet."
